Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

When returning goods by mail put the address info on the box. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. The address for returns which is stated on the returns form is also stated below:
